Labs

• Please have most recent results on hand for appointment.

• If no labs in last year, please contact me. YOU DO NOT NEED HORMONE TESTING

• Instructions: sonora quest preferred, go fasting (water only x 8-12h), no supplements with biotin for 3d prior, DO NOT TAKE OR USE ANY MEDS/SUPPLEMENT BEFORE TEST

• If needed, schedule appointment to review labs

• I review results usually once a week & will contact you w/ feedback

ALL INSURANCE IS OUT-OF-NETWORK: Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed & deductibles may apply, including laboratory testing & imaging; contact insurance company for more information. HSA eligible. Receipt can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
