LABS: I will only be ordering labs as pertain to our specific treatment; I do not order routine labs, please see PCP.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: Contact pharmacy first. Your pharmacy can send to another pharmacy within and outside their system.
ESTRADIOL PATCHES: Please understand, patch, and in some cases progesterone shortages are a fact we all need to accept and prepare for. Please prepare for and expect that this at every refill. The above response times for messages are the same for refills as every other message; do not expect same day processing. If there is a backorder on your dose, ask for:
availability at another pharmacy, ask your pharmacy to transfer there, if not option for this, send me that pharmacy info
a weekly patch at same dose
weekly or semi-weekly at double dose and you can cut in half for 0.025-0.05mg patches
daily estradiol gel at same dose or daily oral estradiol pill
If message me for refill, please provide pharmacy information every time
Annual phone appointment required for refills
