  • Schedule through the AtlasMDApple or Android Patient App to schedule unless you have urgent issues.

  • Sign up for the newsletter for important updates and current research

    • NOTE: any text requiring more than a short reply or action may be subject to a $25 fee

  • Hours: 9am-5pm (except urgent issues/cancellations).

  • REMINDER: I am a solo practitioner, I do everything myself. Do not expect immediate responses; if needed seek urgent care or 911. Texts generally answered within 5 business days, with possible exceptions due to illness, vacations. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE MESSAGES.

  • LABS:I will only be ordering labs as pertain to our specific treatment; I will not be ordering general labs any more, please see PCP for annual labs.

  • PRESCRIPTION REFILLS:

    • Contact pharmacy first

    • If message me for refill, please provide pharmacy information every time

    • Annual phone appointment required for refills

  • Note:

    • Additional appointment slots may be available

    • Late cancellation (<24 hours) or no-show: $75
