COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES:

  • Check website for FAQs, fees, insurance info. I have spent MANY hours trying to create a website that answers many FAQs, please take 5 minutes to peruse.

  • Schedule through the AtlasMD Apple or Android Patient App to schedule.

  • Sign up for the newsletter for important updates and current research

  • DO NOT EMAIL. TEXT:928.910.7899 ; delete any other numbers you have for me, this is the only one I respond to.

    • NOTE: any text requiring more than a short reply or action may be subject to a $25 fee

  • Hours: 9am-5pm (except urgent issues/cancellations).

  • REMINDER: As solo practitioner, do not expect immediate responses; if needed seek urgent care or 911. Texts generally answered in 5 business days. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE MESSAGES.

  • LABS: I will only be ordering labs in rare instances as pertain to our specific treatment; I do not order routine labs anymore as they are typically not needed for MHT, please see PCP.

  • PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: Contact pharmacy first. Your pharmacy can send to another pharmacy within and outside their system.

    • Issues with estrogen shortage

    • If message me for refill, please provide pharmacy information every time

    • Annual phone appointment required for refills

  • NOTE:

    • Additional appointment slots may be available

    • Late cancellation (<24 hours) or no-show: $75
