  PLEASE NOTE: any text requiring more than a short reply or action may be subject to a $25 fee (i.e. questions that are long and multi-part, review of lab results from another provider, etc)

  • I am a one-woman show and thank you in advance for your patience

  • Hours: 9am-5pm (except urgent issues/cancellations).

  • Do not expect Immediate responses; if needed seek urgent care or 911. Texts will generally be answered within 72h during work week, with possible exceptions due to illness, and vacations.

  • For detailed issues, schedule phone appointment

  • Lab results are reviewed weekly

• PRESCRIPTION REFILLS:

  • Contact pharmacy first

  • Annual phone appointment required for refills after 12 months

  • Additional appointment slots may be available
