Join us for a 5-week series offering prenatal yoga, meditation, and postpartum planning

We will start with a 30-minute lecture on ways to set yourself up for success in the postpartum, exploring evidence on self-care therapies like meditation, nutrition, exercise, & acupuncture as well as safe use of select supplements and herbs whether lactating or not. Next, we'll enjoy a 45-minute all-levels prenatal yoga class, which research supports in decreasing labor pain, delivery interventions, & birth complications. Last, but not least, we'll spend 15 minutes in a meditative shivasana, a practice that calms mom, but baby too.
